This Privacy Policy applies to SourceOneSoftware.com, and all subdomains, and Source One Software LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include SourceOneSoftware.com. The Company's website is an information site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) Compliance

Our software platform may be used by studios, schools, and child care centers to manage programs that serve minors. In those cases, any personal information relating to minors is collected and processed by our customers (the studio or school operator) in their capacity as data controllers. We act as a data processor on their behalf and process such information only as directed. Our customers are solely responsible for ensuring their collection and use of children's data complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all applicable laws.
